Diving at Plymouth Life Centre
The Plymouth Life Centre is one of the leading diving venues in the UK, and has produced Olympic winning medallists. We offer an abundance of diving opportunities to cater for all standards and abilities. Our world class facilities are extensive and include; spring boards, platform diving and opportunities to access & train in our unique dry diving facility.
Learn to Dive
Our friendly knowledgeable team of diving teachers and coaches look forward to welcoming young people to our facility to start their journey in the sport of diving, which follows the Learn to Dive pathway created in conjunction with Swim England the sport governing body,
- Children can be introduced to diving at an early age. Minimum requirements 25M unaided swimming ability & comfortable swimming in deep water
- The diving programme runs for 50 Weeks of the year and Crash Courses are promoted in the school holidays
- There are opportunities to progress into the competitive diving.
