BODY COMBAT

Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by Martial Arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, Strike, Punch, Kick and Kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Adult & Baby Fitness

Monday 09.10, Wednesday 09.30 and Friday 09.30

A fun fitness session you can take part in with your young child. Children will have to be in buggy, car seat but are able to crawl or run around as well so bring some toys to keep them occupied! Get your body back in shape without leaving your baby, doing a full body workout with balls, resistance bands and your own body weight!

Adult & Baby Spin

Tuesday 10.05 & Thursday 9.30

Studio cycling class, bring your baby in buggy or car seat. Motivational music, no complicated move’s and a brilliant way to burn calories and increase your fitness levels. Is a 45-minute class to tone and strengthen. Class delivered by a qualified pre and post- natal instructor.
