Bowls
Enjoy indoor bowls at Plymouth Life Centre in a purpose-built, eight-rink hall.

Everything Bowls!
With a history dating back to 1969, indoor bowls at Plymouth Life Centre offers a variety of opportunities to get involved, from social sessions and internal leagues to county and national competitions. Players can develop their skills through organised coaching and progress at their own pace, with opportunities for both recreational and competitive play.
Suitable for all ages and abilities, bowls offers a welcoming way to stay active, learn new skills and socialise. Whether you’re a beginner looking to try something new or an experienced player interested in friendly or competitive games, there are opportunities to get involved, with coaching available to help you develop your skills.
The facility also welcomes disabled bowlers, including those with visual impairments, and supports participation in disability-specific competitions. The venue is affiliated with the English Indoor Bowling Association (EIBA), helping connect players with wider opportunities across the sport.
