Our Group Fitness Classes

Taking part in a group activity can be the perfect way to push yourself and commit to good exercise habits.

Aqua (Deep)

This session is a non-impact water-based workout which takes place in deep water. It is fantastic for all-over body conditioning.

Aqua (Shallow)

A fun and invigorating all over body workout in shallower water, designed to effectively burn calories with minimal impact on the body. Great for those who are new or returning to exercise.

Aqua Aerobics

The ultimate feel-good water-based session, this instructor led all-over body workout is designed to effectively burn calories with minimal impact on the body.

Aqua Zumba

Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba® class. Integrating the Zumba® formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba® class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Body Combat

Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by Martial Arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, Strike, Punch, Kick and Kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Body Pump

Body Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Group Cycling

This high energy class can help you burn up to 450 calories per 30-minute session, without the hassle of learning any complicated moves. This indoor group cycling session is set to motivational music and led by inspirational instructors.

HIIT

Achieve maximum results in minimal time! HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is scientifically proven to deliver outstanding benefits by alternating short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest. This approach pushes you to your limits, helping you get more from your workout while boosting your calorie burn even after you’ve finished training.

Also known as LBT, get toned and increase your strength with this energising class. A complete lower body workout which incorporates the use of hand weights, steps, bars, and bands.

SH' BAM

SH BAM™ Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star – even if you’re dance challenged! Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, familiar classics remixed and modernised Latin beats, SH BAM™ is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute SH’BAM™ class is vibrant, unique and varied – a great way to get fit and have fun!

Total Toning

Exactly what it says on the tin! A session that tones up and strengthens all those key areas like your bum, legs and arms whilst challenging your heart and lungs with some fun calorie burning exercises.

Yoga

One of the worlds most practiced spiritual disciplines. Developed over thousands of years these sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Zumba

Zumba is a spicy hot, hip swivelling workout where African, Caribbean and Latin dance moves are combined with aerobic movements to create a fun and effective work out.

Adult & Baby Fitness

Monday 09.10, Wednesday 09.30 and Friday 09.30

A fun fitness session you can take part in with your young child. Children will have to be in buggy, car seat but are able to crawl or run around as well so bring some toys to keep them occupied! Get your body back in shape without leaving your baby, doing a full body workout with balls, resistance bands and your own body weight!

Adult & Baby Spin

Tuesday 10.05 & Thursday 9.30

Studio cycling class, bring your baby in buggy or car seat. Motivational music, no complicated move’s and a brilliant way to burn calories and increase your fitness levels. Is a 45-minute class to tone and strengthen. Class delivered by a qualified pre and post-natal instructor.

We’re proud to offer Les Mills™ classes – world-renowned group fitness programs designed to make exercise fun, effective, and motivating. From high-energy cardio workouts to strength and conditioning sessions, these classes combine great music, expert coaching, and moves to help you achieve your fitness goals.
