Ideal Candidate
- Climbing wall Instructor qualification CWI.
- Be responsible for health, safety, and wellbeing of our climbing customers.
- Adopt a proactive approach to customer service, being enthusiastic and reliable.
- Be punctual and have effective organisation and time management skills.
- Be able develop a team through training and observations.
- The successful candidate will provide training in all aspects of the climbing programme.
- To carry out development projects for the Climbing Wall
- To ensure that all Climbing Wall equipment is stored correctly and maintained to the highest standard.
- To be responsible for implementing and maintaining climbing best practice, health and safety and customer service within the Climbing Wall.
