Membership Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to see you go.

We require all direct debit cancellations to be submitted to the centre or via our email address before the 18th of each month. We are unable to cancel a membership after the cut-off date, as we need time to request the direct debit collection from the bank in time for the following month’s payment.
Please also ensure you cancel your direct debit with your bank or building society, as we cannot take responsibility for any further collections made from your account after this time.

Annual memberships will continue for the full duration of the term, as they are consecutive, and we are unable to offer a cancellation before the end of the agreement. Should you need to cancel due to relocation, we will require documented evidence such as a bank statement or utility bill showing your new address.
