Fun In The Sun at Mount Wise Swimming Pools!
One of the best outdoor swimming complexes in the country, Mount Wise features three pools: a 25-metre main pool, a fun pool with fountains, stepping stones, a whirlpool, and a bubble pool, plus a paddling pool for children to build confidence in the water.
Enjoy fantastic views across the Tamar River into Cornwall, and best of all – entry is free!
Light refreshments available during opening hours along with a selection of swimming retail options.

Swimming pool
Our family-friendly 25-metre outdoor swimming pool is fantastic on a hot summer’s day. The refreshing salt water-fed pool is perfect for all swimming abilities, with a swimming lane and shallow end. Please note the pool water is sea water and not heated.
Paddling pool
Our beach-entry paddling pool is perfect for families to enjoy the refreshing water. The small semi-circular pool is great for introducing your children to the water and will help building their confidence and swimming ability – a vital life skill.
Activity pool
With a swirl pool, bubble pool, and large fountain, our activity pool is great fun for all the family and is perfect for kids big and small. Each feature is located in the same pool to maximise the fun factor and keep the whole family entertained.
