Plymouth Active Leisure is looking for a motivated and passionate lifeguard to join our dynamic life guarding team. If you're enthusiastic about helping keep people safe in and around the water and creating a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Description:

  • Be focused on delivering excellent customer service standards
  • Provide safe and effective pool supervision
  • Be part of a motivated team, fully embracing our company values
  • Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
  • Effectively communicate with other team members
  • Reception and café duties

What We’re Looking For:

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Required)
  • First Aid at Work Qualification (Desirable)
  • Coaching Qualification (Desirable)

Location: Mount Wise Swimming Pools and Tinside Lido

Hours: Flexibility across day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.

Salary: Hourly (Competitive)
