The life centre climbing wall recognises that climbing and bouldering are risk and that it has a duty of care to you, the customer. The centre therefore has procedure in place to ensure that as far as is reasonably practicable, all users of the facility are kept safe and out of harm’s way. Similarly, all climbers have a duty of care to those around them, and they should always be sensitive to the needs of other users of the centre by adhering to safety procedures as instructed and applying a common-sense approach, to ensure that the environment you climb in is as safe as can reasonably be expected for a ‘’risk’’ activity. In addition to the BMC participation statement overleaf, please also be aware of the following:

    • Bumps, bruises, and scrapes are common. Life centre climbing wall cannot be held responsible for these sorts of minor injuries that you might sustain whilst climbing.
